- Performance of a Contract: To create and manage your user account, allow clients to post jobs, and allow contractors to buy and use credits to bid on jobs.

- Legitimate Interests: To protect the platform against fraud, monitor system security, review communication logs in the event of a dispute, and optimize performance marketing (such as via Weld Leads campaigns).

- For Payment Processing (Stripe): Credit purchases are processed directly by Stripe. I do not store or collect your payment card details on my servers. - Legal Requirements: I may disclose your personal data if required to do so by UK law, court order, or in response to valid requests by UK public authorities (e.g., HMRC or law enforcement).
